We sit down with every candidate to ensure they are suitable to be considered for your position. That way we minimise the time you need to spend on interviewing unsuitable candidates.
At Alexander Charles we take every step possible to match the right candidates to meet your needs.
We start with an on-site meeting with you to fully understand your exact job requirements, technical issues and the personal qualities required. We also believe is important to understand the culture of your organisation so the chemistry is right between yourselves and the candidates submitted for interview.
After agreeing a job and person specification with you we will recommend the best method in obtaining the most suitable candidates.
Alexander Charles will undertake executive searches, database searches or advertising campaigns in accordance with our client's preferred option.
We will undertake the initial interviewing process, only send you candidates we deem suitable, arrange interviews, help you draw up the short list and manage the entire process through to a successful conclusion.
Our consultants will always give you an honest assessment of the candidates and are on hand at all times to assist you as required.
We will also check with you after the successful candidate has commenced working with you to ensure you are completely happy with the appointment. If there are any issues with the appointment we are happy to help you overcome them.
